It's much more about the process of making it than just playing with it, though that is fun too. It is the experimenting and watching a liquid turn into a solid, or close to it. Changing colors, adding gems inside too. There is no limit to what slime can look and feel like, that is the fun of it.
My youngest went crazy last summer creating this super soft slime and figured out a basic recipe for how to make slime with glue...which led to a lot of other creations. Of course with any experimenting you always need to be present.
Even though there is not a box of Borax used for this recipe there are trace amounts in the contact lens solution and especially when it comes to young children and toddlers you cannot leave them unattended when making slime. Please read our safety disclosure before creating any recipes.
